UNISM is a London-Warsaw based design studio established to investigate the boundary between landscape and architecture. Our mission is to create sustainable and meaningful buildings that that seamlessly blend with their surroundings. Our work ranges from variety of scales from small interventions and fit outs to large public buildings - museums, educational centres, factories and logistics facilities.
EcoCap Flagship Factory
A factory for food packaging company EcoCap in Poland with a total area of 2500m2. Building bounding area consists of a simple and efficient cross section, which speeds up the construction time. Additional aesthetic treatments such as curved shape of loading docks and filleted corners, elevate the overall design while still providing the client with financially feasible project.
Wola Office
An interior project for two independent accounting companies that share a relatively small office space. The existing structural columns were strategically utilized to define the spatial layout, ensuring privacy for both companies while also creating an open and welcoming atmosphere.
EcoPet Flagship Factory
A subterranean factory for food packaging company EcoPet in Poland positioned on the narrow and gully topography with a six metre height difference. The building is organised on two levels and through its green roof blended into the rural landscape. Watch youtube video to find out more.
