Konrad Weka
FOUNDER, CEO - BA, MArch
Konrad graduated from the prestigious Architecture Association (AA) in London, recognized as one of the leading architecture schools worldwide. He distinguished himself as one of the few students to be nominated for the Diploma Honours, the highest achievable award at AA, historically bestowed upon renowned architects such as Zaha Hadid. Throughout his career, Konrad has gained valuable professional experience working in both Warsaw and London, immersing himself in diverse architectural contexts. In 2020, he founded Unism, a multidisciplinary studio inspired by the avant-garde artist Strzemiński's vision of a modern world intertwined with nature. In addition to his architectural expertise, Konrad possesses extensive experience in digital fabrication techniques. He has recently channeled this knowledge into a personal hobby, exploring furniture and product design.

Artur Zakrzewski
DESIGN DIRECTOR - BA, MArch
Artur studied at the Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) in London, renowned as the world's top architectural school. With a diverse background in architectural studios in both Poland and the UK, he has developed his expertise in designing and modeling complex geometries, particularly during his time at Heatherwick Studio in London. Artur has extensive professional experience working on large-scale international projects across various typologies. As design director, he coordinates, supervises and designs architectural solutions for all the projects at Unism as well as ties together studio’s various disciplines into one cohesive approach. Outside of architecture, Artur is a passionate photographer, bringing a creative eye to capture the beauty of the world.

Zuzanna Antczak
BIM MANAGER & PROJECT ARCHITECT - BA, MArch, PgDip, ARB, IARP
Zuzanna studied at University of Sheffield and University of Westminster qualifying as an Architect in 2020. She is a qualified Architect in Poland and UK, having spent 5 years working in London. Previously Zuzanna worked at Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios on a number of residential, commercial, workplace and mixed-use schemes. She has extensive experience with design coordination across all design stages. Thanks to her experience from abroad Zuzanna is responsible for implementing BIM policies and standards, building model libraries and managing all Revit modelling within the studio. Zuzanna has a passion for interior design and an excellent eye for detail. In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis.

Marek Jaxa-Chamiec
PROJECT LEADER - MArch, IARP, SARP
Marek's career has been marked by significant contributions to the architectural landscape of Warsaw. Working at HRA, a leading Warsaw studio, where he played a role in the realization of some of the city's most prominent and largest projects, including Varso Place and Forest. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology and additionally studied in Tampere, Finland at TTY. His work is driven by a passion for interwar architecture and urban planning, while he finds balance through personal pursuits like skiing and tennis. Above all, Marek cherishes his role as a proud father to his two beloved daughters.

Michal Polak
ARCHITECT, VISUAL LEAD - MArch
From the early years of education at the Warsaw Faculty of Architecture Michał had a strong interest in pursuing architectural competitions as a means of developing new fresh ideas in harmony with local architectural traditions. Has 8 years of experience as a team leader in a multicultural architectural office MJZ and has taken part in a variety of competitions of different scopes all around the world. Visual designer, software specialist and problem solver. In the conceptual stages of design he works on perfecting the form with the use of VR technology and scripting thus helping the team to achieve the best possible result. Is responsible for visual presentation of the office projects. Aside from architecture he is a martial arts practitioner with focus on karate and japanese fencing, also a passionate singer.

Olga Chypurko

Olga is an accomplished architect with a diverse background. She studied at Kielce University of Technology and made the decision to relocate to Poland from Ukraine in 2017. Prior to her move, she worked as an architectural design assistant, gaining valuable experience in her field. Motivated by her aspiration to expand her professional horizons, Olga joined the Warsaw office of PBPA as an Architect and BIM Specialist. During her five-year tenure there, she focused on high-rise building projects, blending creativity and technical expertise to bring innovative ideas to life. While Olga's professional pursuits drive her, she also finds joy in her personal interests. She is an avid movie lover and she enjoys cycling during her free time, relishing the opportunity to stay active and connect with nature.

Piotr completed his studies at the Warsaw University of Technology and the University of Detroit Mercy. Throughout his career, he has gained valuable experience by working in renowned architectural offices worldwide, including Bjarke Ingels Group, Cobe, and GXN. Piotr has had the privilege of working in vibrant cities such as Warsaw, Copenhagen, and New York, allowing him to immerse himself in different architectural contexts and perspectives. With a broad and diverse portfolio, Piotr has been involved in numerous international projects and competitions across various typologies. Piotr has a passion for traveling and exploring different cities and cultures. His curiosity about the world fuels his creative thinking and broadens his perspective, enriching his design approach.

Somia is a dedicated student currently pursuing her studies at the Faculty of Architecture at Warsaw University of Technology. Throughout her academic journey, she has actively participated in various extracurricular activities and has been deeply engaged in the field of parametric design. Somia had the privilege of interning in Egypt, which provided her with firsthand experience of the design process in the Middle East. In her free time, she indulges in her hobbies, which include photography, reading, and playing chess.

Sandra is a recent graduate from Oxford Brookes University, where she completed her RIBA Part 1 qualification. She gained practical experience as an intern at Biuro Projektów J&J, working on a residential projects. Additionally, she has worked as a freelancer, utilizing her design skills to create logos, posters, and visualizations for various Polish companies. Sandra's passion for the arts extends beyond architecture, as she has been attending art school since 2017, learning various techniques from esteemed Polish artist Wojciech Pąkowski, including printmaking, sculpting, and painting. Her lifelong passion for dance has inspired her to explore the relationship between artists, space, and architecture. In her free time, Sandra enjoys windsurfing, further embracing her adventurous spirit.
