Cisowianka Bottling Plant
Project is an extension of the Cisowianka bottling plant located in Poland. The existing plot of land is located between the factory and warehouse and is currently uncopied. Used mainly as an outdoor storage and manoeuvring space. The new infill building will provide additional 4000m2 of factory floor and create and new rail connection with the warehouse allowing the company to install additional two machine lines for bottling water. Existing exterior walls surrounding the plot will be teared down to connect the new and the existing factory floor into one large open space. The exterior of a new extension will be cladded with sandstone which is currently used in the other fragments of the factory façade. A series of panoramic openings will be installed to provide daylight for factory workers as well as the view inside the factory for visitors to look through. A centre piece of a new design will be an outdoor fountain located outside the glazed openings, which will be using the grey water from production.

Existing exterior walls surrounding the plot will be teared down to merge the new and the existing factory floor into one large open space. The biggest challenge of connecting the existing infrastructure was carefully coordinated using BIM.
